Who we are

We find you
The clerk's notice usually goes to the property address, and the former owner has already moved. We research public records to locate the people the money belongs to.

We confirm the claim
We verify the case, the amount the clerk is holding, and who has the legal right to claim it. If there are heirs, we help sort out who must sign.

We handle the paperwork
We prepare the claim, arrange notarized signatures, file with the clerk, and follow the case through to disbursement.

You get paid, then we do
Our fee comes out of the funds that are actually recovered, after the clerk releases them. Nothing changes hands before that.
How the fee works
- Contingency only. We are paid a percentage of what is recovered, and only after it is recovered.
- No advance fee. You never pay us anything up front, and we never ask you to cover costs along the way.
- No recovery, no fee. If the clerk releases nothing, you owe nothing.
- Capped by Florida law. Florida limits what anyone can be paid to recover surplus funds held by a county clerk. Our fee never exceeds that cap.
- In writing before we start. The exact fee, and every other form of consideration, is stated in the agreement you sign before we do any work.
